Beef/Chicken Teri Sticks
 

Ingredients:
1/3 C. brown sugar 1/2 C. soy sauce 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 (½ inch) piece ginger root, curshed
1/3 C. brown sugar 1 clove garlic, crushed
½ C. soy sauce 1 (½ inch) piece ginger root, curshed

SOAK YOUR SKEWERS IN WATER, SO THEY WILL NOT BURN ON THE BBQ.
Place beef/chicken in a bowl.
Combine sugar, soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Marinate beef or chicken for at least 30 minutes. Then thread your beef/chicken on the skewers.

Broil over hot coals for 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
