Cynthia Hubbell's Dressing
 

Ingredients:
salt 1 small can chopped olives
pepper 1 lb. pork sausage
garlic powder 1 med. onion diced
3 stalks celery diced 1 lb. cubed bread (stuffing)
1 can mushroom caps 1 lb. butter or margarine
1 cube chicken bullion

Brown sausage. Add onions and celery to pan and sauté.
Add mushrooms and olives.

Melt butter/margarine add chicken boullion. Add above ingredients and stir.
Add bread to mix. Stir thoroughly and season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

**you can substitute chicken broth for half of the butter. Use only 1 C. butter and add 1 can chicken broth. Once you add the bread you can add more broth if you want more moist dressing.
