Taro Salad
 

Ingredients:
lettuce 2 C. cold cooked taro (diced)
Salt and pepper 2 tsp. chopped parsley
salad dressing 1 small onion, chopped

Combine all ingredients except taro. Add enough of your favorite dressing to bind ingredients together. Add diced taro to mixture. Serve on lettuce with cold meat or fish.

Serves 4.
**Can substitute ulu for taro if desired**
